About Daniel
Daniel Reed is an outstanding attorney with years of experience. After working for the federal
government as an attorney advisor for almost eight years, Daniel joined the McGavock Reed
Law Firm in April 2026. He is excited to work with his brother, McGavock, and the rest of the
team in providing superior legal services to clients.
With keen attention to detail and meticulous scrutiny of the facts, Daniel produces exceptional
work product. He was commended by supervisors at the federal government for his legal
writing ability, receiving a writing award in recognition of his performance. Daniel was
consistently given the highest possible performance evaluations in decision quality, production,
customer service, and other categories. After years of outstanding public service, he now looks
forward to utilizing his exceptional skills to serve clients in resolving complex legal issues.

Daniel obtained his Juris Doctor from Catholic University of America, Columbus School of Law,
graduating Cum Laude in 2017. While in law school, he served as a Production Editor of the
Catholic University Law Review. He graduated Summa Cum Laude from Hampden-Sydney
College in 2012. Daniel is a native of Washington, D.C., and has spent most of his life in the
DMV area
